A thread on HN about bad code in legacy projects both makes me think how little we've learned as a discipline over the years and, honestly, how little credit we give ourselves for some pretty major innovations.

Working on creating an embedded database lib in #haxe, based on nedb. I've been studying and researching for months, and I've got it mostly figured out. Anyone interested in collaborating? If all you can contribute is ideas, that'd be helpful too
