Howdy! I’m an engineer on #Intune at Microsoft, but go home to my husband and two amazing kids, an energetic dog and 5 acres.

Finally here. #configmgr 2107 is available now for anyone that wants to opt in. Super grateful to all those who submitted ideas, bugs; and to the customers that have already deployed and are managing >1M devices with it. techcommunity.microsoft.com/… #memcm

if you are deploying win10 - pin this: docs.microsoft.com/en-us/win… . Some known issues w/ win10 2004 being worked. On consumer, you should be safely blocked; but in enterprise sometimes those blocks are bypassed. So strong FYI. #Configmgr #memcm

Replying to @justukus @djammmer
From Intune, check out the new option for Feature Update deployments. Here, you can specify the exact Win10 version you’d like offered to devices when they scan WU. Set to what they are currently on and nothing will be offered until you approve it first.

OK folks, I need some help here - tell me what your real-world WSUS servers update situation looks like. Please respond with your answers (avoiding poll intentionally): Do you decline superseded updates from WSUS? If so, how long do you leave superseded updates around?

This video is something I’ve asked everyone in my org to watch. It was intended to be internal-only, but I can’t resist sharing it. You can read more about why I think this is so important here: linkedin.com/posts/brad-ande…

Anyone tried it out? What do you think? Would love your feedback!
FYI: I added more info about Orchestration Groups in the 2002 technical preview docs: docs.microsoft.com/en-us/con…

Just putting this out there: Screenshots, traces, and a detailed description about what you're seeing and in what way it's not working, go a long way when filing a bug report 🙏

If you’re one of the ones waiting (I’m)patiently for us to fix Sever Groups, it’s time to double down and try this TP - it’s pretty darn close to what we’ll have in the next release, so check it out and give us feedback while there’s time!

There is a ton of update nerd candy in the new 2002 Tech Preview for #ConfigMgr.... SSU love, Office 365 updates for disco'd environments, and who could forget Orchestration Groups?

This #ConfigMgr TechPrev is one I’ve been so excited about - and I don’t know what has me more excited...is it finally having the E2E gutted Sever Group to Orchestration Group available? Or how about making your SSU ordering problem go away? techcommunity.microsoft.com/…

Or maybe having a disconnected server solution for O365 updates?

If you deployed Edge before now, or choose to manage updates, be sure you sync Edge updates in your SUP site component properties and setup your deployment processes / ADRs to stay up to date and secure 😁
Most of you probably didn't notice, but beginning in 2002.1 Tech Preview of #MEMCM you can create a #MicrosoftEdge application that updates itself automagically. #ConfigMgr

What @SCCMF12TWICE said is a great option. If it’s a simple app uninstall you could add it to your preinstall.cmd as well. I’ve got several posts and a github repo that should help get you started on FU and show some options for managing custom steps. asquaredozen.com/2019/10/05/…
