I’ll answer here regarding the match-up against Nami and my gameplan without Holly.
I try to block the first life, if possible, with an event (so I can set up the 4 events needed for Reiju as soon as possible).
Staying at 5 or 4 life helps, because Kikunojo won’t activate as a trigger and you can safely take life from the field without risks.
Playing Reiju early increases your win rate a lot: the only real answer they have is Zeus.
Also, seeing at least one Enel is important, because having such a big swing is really strong.
The deck’s main goal always stays the same: maintaining control of the board. It’s crucial to remove all the big threats that Nami can play, such as Robin, Moria, and Whitebeard.
When you have several more pieces on the field than your opponent, the game tends to stabilize.
In the following turns, you want to attack as much as possible to force Nami to draw as many cards as you can, and in the late game, the Lightning Dragon Señor Pink combo allows you to stay safe against her all-in.
