What is the TINNIEST LITTLE thing you can do today to make a positive difference for yourself?
When faced with a challenge or a choice, or when in doubt, instead of asking yourself “What should I do”, ask “Who am I going to be in this moment?”
Each day, give thanks for the good in who you are and then see what happens.
Your best, no matter what that looks like today, is enough.
Thanks @st_mmk for having me today! It was a real treat spending the day with so many passionate teachers and staff.

Using only emojis, what are you grateful for this week so far?
Maintaining your normal daily routine while working from home is important for your wellbeing and productivity, so I thought I’d give it a go today. instagram.com/p/B-G3FQinwN0/…

Using only emojis, what is one thing that you are looking forward to today?
Don't wish for things to get better. Be hopeful instead by doing these 4 things. This was created as a free resource for schools so please share with teachers, students and anyone else struggling in these times. youtu.be/8_LqEaWDkiY via @YouTube

Using only emojis, what’s one thing you are grateful for today? 😁
I hope you create peace in your mind, happiness and love in your heart, laughter in your belly and a strength in the core of your being that can never be defeated.
Happiness is not something you postpone for the future; it is something you design for the present.
You’ve been criticizing yourself for years and it hasn’t worked. Try letting go of the negativity and accepting yourself instead and see what happens.

Before you go to bed, set your intention for tomorrow. Tell yourself about the type of person you want to be, the energy you want to have and give, and how you want your day to go tomorrow.
Surround yourself with those who care for you. Not the ones that just say it, but those who actually show it.

What an incredible way to finish a huge week! The St Mary’s Yr 12s were simply inspiring! So much joy, openness, depth, vulnerability and determination to grow. I will remember these last few days, especially the experience you created. Thank you!
