The shakeup happens for seeds 3-6. According to this section of the rulebook, it will be 3 vs 4 and 5 vs 6. This brings one SR vs DZ tiebreaker into relevancy, as DZ would win the RD tiebreaker 10 to SR’s 9 in this scenario. In every other scenario, G2 will play SR (2/3)

In the original tweet’s scenario, the higher seed between Wildcard and VP will play DarkZero. DZ will always get seed 6 outside of the above tweet’s scenario.

What does it mean?
It means despite the simulator putting Wildcard as #6 because of their initial seeding, it is not guaranteed. Whoever gets the higher round diff at the end of tonight will be seed 6 and will face G2. If they tie in RD, VP will be seed 6 regardless.
