Yesterday: Library patron @DickinsonCol requested a book from @drexellibraries; Today: Book delivered via PALCI's EZBorrow service using @ProjectReshare software. 1 day turnaround. Now that's service! Congrats to Drexel & Dickinson ILL staff for being so amazing at what they do.
