Six weeks ago, I started a 12-week research mentorship with @SuperteamNG's @ProjectSinan — a cohort of 30 people from Web3 backgrounds, none with formal research training. Halfway through. Here's what has stood out:

Never a slow day 🧭

Pov: we just finished office hours @ProjectSinan I love love love the structure and how much we've been learning so far... But at this point, all I can think of is capstone project 😫

It's been over a month since the @ProjectSinan three months research cohort kickstarted. So far, it has been a 10/10 learning experience! I've had access to incredible resources (read: books and articles), and I've learnt how to: • Craft researchable questions using the four-part test. •Create a study design for a research study. •Build an issue tree and apply four other frameworks to structure my thinking before and during a research study. •Identify five cognitive biases that can contaminate an analysis. •Write an informed consent form that a research participant can easily read and understand before agreeing to partake in a study. •Carry out an interview for a research study, including designing an interview guide with open-ended questions, probing, and moderating without bias. I'm stoked to learn even more things pertaining to research in month two. And oh, I won medals and a gift from my amazing tutor @IwalolaSobowale for having the best assignment entry two weeks in a row. Will I run it back again? Welp... we'll see 🙂‍↕️

Sometimes, I just sit back and listen to past recs of @ProjectSinan x @SuperteamNG Research Cohort and I am like... WTH are we breeding? 😂 The next couple of months will be interesting...🧭

Had a really interesting debate with the @ProjectSinan mentees today based on my opinion that crypto is not anonymous, it's pseudonymous. A lot of web3 founders and players treat these as the same thing. They're not… and the gap between them is where your legal exposure lives.
