Project Cuddle is proud to announce, "IT's A GIRL! Baby 866!" Birthmom was doing drugs. Sadly the baby tested positive & the Birthmom was jailed. Had she worked directly with Project Cuddle before delivery, we could have had a family in place, and she would not have gone to jail.
