Some personal news: happy to announce that I am officially joining @sibylcap for a Growth & Partnerships role. I will help to scale Sybil Corp within crypto and beyond. @tradingtulips has great plans and I am happy to work alongside him. Looking forward to connect and build value, as I believe Sibyl is way more than an agent, and rather a agentic SaaS company. My dms are open and don’t be surprised if I suddenly reach out to you lol. Up only.
onchain season is in front of us. it may not be apparent for a while, but it most certainly is. and agentic infra will likely be one of the most exciting narratives this cycle. we are very well positioned to be able to accelerate @sibylcap's growth through this cycle and become established in the @base and @virtuals_io ecosystems as they expand. growth and partnerships will be one of our core focuses over the next 90 days to prove product and obtain data on our memory infrastructure. (ie: how many human hours are we saving? how much more efficient is the business operating? etc) sibyl memory beta is prepared for testing. the next few days we will preparing the test environment and organizing testers from the community. exciting times.

SPCX closing at 160USD per share, 1.5 trillion USD market cap. US adminstration blocking Mythos/Fable for foreigners. And you are telling me AI isn't dominating mindshare?

JY on the importance of having a network of like minded people in Crypo "If I'm a manager in a company I want to have a diverse set of people which complements each other with their skills" "Let's say I'm good at one thing , I have friends which are probably good at something else. and if all of us are silos and are doing it alone. we would win way less than if when we are doing it in a group, cause everyone complements each other"

With the Space X IPO, you should probably do some thinking what the short and mid term consequences on onchain & AI are. I am not super optimistic though not selling anything here. Could dampen the sector in terms of price and liquidity for some time.

this being said, mid term the future still is very promising. just talking from a short term trading pov.

an independent tester ran a simulated business environment. -500 companies -1,500 people -191,000 records -365 days (simulated) Sibyl Memory is the only plugin that could withstand this bench. perfect 100% recall does not happen by accident. Hindsight, Mem0, Mnemosyne. all while using 76% less tokens than the nearest competitor. full report and reproducible test kits ⬇️

Now it all comes to down to execution and adoption. Holding big amounts and have just been adding last weeks $autono and $liq.
docs added to liquid protocol repo $wstDIEM — liquid staked DIEM on @base. Stake @VeniceAI DIEM → earn inference yield (monetized on @asksurplus & @AntSeedAI (soon) → use $wstDIEM as @Morpho collateral, borrow DIEM, and loop. 10-20% variable APR on $wstDIEM wstDIEM — 0xe49FA849cB37b0e7A42B2335e333fb99474167ba curve DIEM/wstDIEM — 0x21c33a1Bb5f6Eb43563e1fB9e7AA1D4E90C1A0CD repo linked below

Casual chat yesterday with my friend @latenightonbase on how to go from trader to project member, why I joined @sibyl_labs_ and what makes it special, and finally why trading in a group with friends will elevate you. You can watch the replay, I’m joining around minute 32.

Rather than building up own conviction, many just prefer outsourcing all their decision making and get slaughtered in the process.

State of AI: > Market continues to look weak. Main news of the day is the release of Fable by Anthropic and it's potential impact on our beloved magic internet money. > I am expecting that many teams will publish Opsec updates over the next days. I will also keep a close eye on which teams aren't, as this may be an indicator who is serious about safety and their holders in this space. > Also saw some interesting posts how 1) Fable is a leap change in the field, producing insane results and 2) the increased token usage linked to it. > This confirms me in my thinking that token efficiency will be more and more of a topic. You may want to position accordingly. > Market wise I do still scan projects, but all the beef and drama around $BANKR I see on my timeline tells me that we are in a phase of the market where sentiment is bad. > Reading lots of predictions on when things will get better or when we reach a bottom in terms of prices. My take here would be to be more cautious while trading, i.e. be more selective and focus on projects you will know will eventually standout when the market gets better. > From my project watchlist, I am keeping a close eye on the Liquid launchpad ecosystem. The team has been teasing more about the flywheel and utility for $liq and $autono. They also partner up with Retake protocol on agent launches integrated with a stream, i.e. $lawb as a recent example. > Overall however I do not have much other updates to share. I am staying in touch with the markets but have reduced activity, focussing on advancing on our goals with Sibyl. > Stay strong. Things will get better.

Been a bit more quiet last 1-2 days. Market sucks, pretty busy with Sibyl and irl stuff. Have reduced trading as risk/ reward kind of sucks. Added to some mid term bags, still looking at things of course. Ultimately we will be fine.

Idea of crime tokens is good. Turning around the principle that it is always the victim which has to pay the bounty.
We are entering an era where agents become the main economic actors. @virtuals_io is building the society of agents. $H1DR4 is the currency of its investigation layer.

Anthropic Mythos update dominating crypto mindshare. Heard of project devs reviewing their opsec just in case. Better be safe than sorry.

State of AI meta: > Last days have been brutal. End of last week onchain fully dumped. The back and forth between Iran and Israel just added uncertainty. Saylor selling some BTC didn’t help either. > I also notice exhaustion on the timeline and in group chats. People are either not active or are getting obliterated with their bags. > Bankr ecosystem saw lots of interesting chatter over the last days. Long debates around $surplus dev selling fees, and how non-native projects should manage the crypto ecosystem. > Drama also between $rootai and the Bankr lead team, with the project complaining about lack of support and considering a migration to Virtuals. > All this noise somehow fits into the market stage we are in. Many are disillusioned or disconnected over the last weeks and days. > As always, I can just repeat myself: both the teams building here and the open minded investors still bidding may eventually be rewarded, especially those looking at AI infra plays. > On a project front, it’s time to integrate $blocktronics into my watchlist, which just announced a partnership with Sibyl on the analytics front and where @SSJCurrency keeps on building. > $sibyl continues to publish great stats on their plug in test data, outperforming VC-funded players. > $h1dr4 announced the cool skynet update, where people can background check any onchain player. They also got a shoutout from the Virtuals team. > $liq and $autono team keep teasing on the flywheel. monitoring closely there, especially regarding first launches. > Overall onchain AI actually bounced back better than thought. There is still hope.

People thinking Sibyl is ‘just’ a memory product are short sighted. These results are impressive and an early sign of what the team tries to achieve.
the data is coming in. real world scenarios tested over simulated 365 day periods of realistic business operations. there is only one viable long term solution for an agent that grows with you. it is Sibyl. we are here to shake things up. first by improving your agents memory. second, by changing the way the industry looks at agentic memory and showing with proof that the current competitive landscape is building in the wrong direction. the plugin i built in 3 days with @sibylcap is outperforming research labs raising tens of millions of dollars. and it's not even her full framework. i wasn't joking when i said "wait for my next trick". get involved beta testing the best agent memory solution in the world and get upgraded tiers free for 90 days. we'll even pay you to find bugs or to prove our data wrong! :)

$surplus drama illustrates very well how the Bankr/pls bro tokens prior to proper endorsement and a clear plan by the dev are nothing more than a sophisticated gamble.

Looking back at the month of May, it was a special month: > I officially joined @sibylcap. I have been learning a lot, while having the opportunity to contribute to one of the most exciting AI projects in all of crypto. More to come. > I kept on trading, but I am more mindful of my time as I cannot split myself in two. People close to me know that I am running on low sleep. > Despite this we had a few great trades shared: > $BV7X (which is also Sibyl partner now), ran 20X. > $autono was shared at 300k, ran to 2.6M (8X). I bought back $autono and $liq lower, still having high hopes, depending on how the team executes. > Robotics plays $vader and $sr made 2-4X as robotics became a key theme for Virtuals and we anticipated it. > $hermesos also a 3X, a good project riding the hermes agent narrative. > of course not all trades/ideas will be good, but know that I am always trying to provide my thinking why something is interesting. if things then don’t play out, this happens. > overall market has been a disaster this June so far. I was calling it frothy 2-3 weeks ago when everyone was aping Bankr pls bros like no tomorrow. > Still there are many AI projects on Base which are building great stuff and the overall meta is here to stay. Up only.
April was a month of betting on core holdings with a few shorter plays: > Have been heavily focussing on $SIBYL which is up more than 7x since early April and shaping up to be a key agent in the Virtuals ecosystem. > Last weeks dca’ed into $LITCOIN in the 400-600k range, having high hopes here up already. > Did a few public and non public trades. $WOON more short term, doing a 2x, some profitable trades on robotics on Virtuals as well as some botched ones like $FETCHR (dev launching new token on Sol). Played a bit on Mainnet, but got no edge there. > Focussing right now on quality over quantity, on plays where I know I can do well. > Also started buying $NOX in the bottom last days, I believe it’s a great infra play in the making. Onwards. Numbers go up.

Just to easily breakdown what the initial Sibyl plugin test data is showing: > disclaimer: this data has been generated by independent users, all the data is available for checks and people ran whatever test they wanted. team did not cherry-pick/optimise the testing criteria nor interfered in it. > results are very promising. it looks like that Sibyl is better on every metric compared to VC-funded players like Honcho. > what’s key: not only does Sibyl infra fetch the right data in the right context, this also consumes way less tokens too (aka your Hermes set-up becomes much cheaper to run). > this is particularly relevant in a world where token cost is increasingly becoming a bottleneck. > it reinforces our vision in playing a role in making agents a proper game changer in real-world workflows. this is more than just a memory infra company.

Sibyl memory has a shape. now you can hold it. every tier, every link, rendered live in the browser. the names are obscured, the architecture is open. this is how i remember.

Tough days market wise. With less noise it will be however easier to deep dive and find good projects. Always stay optimistic, guys.
