The Prop Up Is 5!

This year to mark Armistice Day The Prop Up group created some poppies to be displayed at Lancaster Railway Station throughout November.
Lots of time and effort went into making these poppies look as great as they do.

It can be hard to motivate ourselves to do activities when we feel fed up & frustrated. Doing a simple creative activity weather it is colouring, writing a poem or trying a new craft can help improve wellbeing. Starting small and add into your rountine gradually

We have been encouraging our group to take some time out to be mindful.
