We are pleased to welcome Helm Fertilizer in Kansas City as a new member of CPMR! The #MissouriRiver is a critical avenue to move fertilizer into the Heartland for farmers. We appreciate Helm for recognizing the work we do to keep the #MissouriRiver open for business.
Despite already securing $150 million to fund projects moving water out of the basin, Sen. John Hoeven of ND has filed legislation to secure more than $500 million in additional funds. Without a plan to protect the entire basin, this funding needs to stop.
