Copper conductive double sided tape on Amazon. Low priced alternative for anyone MALDI imaging non-conductive stuff. Didn't peel off even after spraying matrix and in/out of the Bruker Ultraflex ultra low vacuum! Good stuff!

When you buy a real expensive new instrument, it would be nice if you had the option to attend instrument repair training similar to a service engineer. I love our service engineers but I would also prefer to have all the knowledge in my own brain.

I see all these nextgen protein sequencing companies focusing on complex proteosomes....why not just sequence a recombinant protein first. Like can anyone even do that with a commercial chip based system...cause I'd buy one.
