Woman Sports Agencies: Transactional Relationships v Personal Relationships We are friends with a top level player who we've known for years on a social level. We do not represent her and have no interest in doing so because we don't want to mix business with pleasure. She got hurt a couple weeks ago. We texted her the next day. Followed up when she didn't play the following week. And, because we do this for our own players who get hurt, we sent her a little care package just to let her know we were thinking about her. Her response: "Wow, it's been 2 weeks, and I still haven't heard from my agent." Everyone talks a big game about caring. Ask for PROOF.
