By Col Wattal (retd),PARA’s It was a total intelligence failure. Well, That’s what they want you to believe. But the truth? It isn’t trending. It’s buried beneath headlines, and coded in courage. Between 1st and 10th November India was playing a thriller. And our intelligence officers? Were racing the clock, Chasing whispers, Breathing in Seconds, Trying to stop something monstrous. A massacre of 50,000 Indians. Planned. Funded. Set for 26th Nov 2025. Celebrate Anniversary of 26/11. They couldn’t stop it all. 13 lives still vanished. But without them? We’d be counting more corpses. Still think it was a failure? Here’s the story they won’t print. October 27. Srinagar. Government Medical College. A regular day. Until someone noticed A JeM poster on a notice board. CCTV rolls. Dr. Adil Ahmad Rather. Inside his hostel locker, Police Found an AK-56. Then the phones spoke. Encrypted chats. Handler commands. "Prepare assets for Delhi." Sent to: Dr. Umar Mohammad. Another MBBS. November 6. Dr. Adil Was Arrested. In Saharanpur. Private hospital. Salary ₹4L per month. November 7. Gujarat ATS picks up Dr. Ahmed Mohiyuddin Saiyed. MBBS. China trained. Lethal hands. Cooking ricin, A bioweapon. 4 litres of castor oil. Enough to poison thousands. His phone cracked more leads. November 9. Azad Suleman Sheikh. Mohammed Suhail. Arrested in Banaskantha. And then, Faridabad. An apartment, Rented. But inside? 350 kg ammonium nitrate. AK-47s. Detonators. Manuals. Meet Dr. Muzammil Shakil. MBBS. Assistant Professor. Al Falah University. Dr. Shakil spills: Red Fort. Hindu Temples Sikh temple. Jain temple. RSS Offices. Markets. Delhi metro. 25 sites. Same as Mumbai 1993… but bigger. That was the Plan. He Spilled the Name of a Woman. November 10, 10 AM. Meet the queen. Dr. Shaheen Shahid. Arrested. Was a GynaecologistEx lecturer. Al Falah University. Now running, Jamaat-ul-Mominat, A female suicide brigade. Funded ₹15L for Dr. Umar’s bomb car. Our officers trace Umar. They move. They’re close. But not close enough. 6:52 PM. Red Fort Metro Station. A white i20 explodes.13 die. Many injured. This wasn’t the climax. This was leftover destruction. Because the real plan? ~3000 kg of explosives.~30 Timers.~20 Detonators. Seized. But behind all of them… There was a man they all followed. A preacher. A paramedic. A professor of poison.Maulvi Irfan Ahmad. Former GMC, Srinagar staff.Later turned radical recruiter. Then Maulvi in Shopian. Till Now? 11 arrested. Most were doctors. ₹2 to 4L monthly income. So don’t tell me intelligence failed. It’s easy to scream failure, From the safety of your couch. I salute my forces,The invisible warriors, Who ran on instinct, unslept,  And stopped a mass genocide. With hours to spare. You may not know their names. But tonight, you owe them your breath. 8:26 am

Now that Kashmiri doctors are in the news for the reasons well-known, let me take you all back to another example of professional dishonesty. 2009: In Shopian (South Kashmir), two ladies (sisters-in-law), Asiya Jan and Neelofar, were found dead in a local stream. As was the norm there, an allegation of rape and murder was put on a security forces unit. The Valley erupted after two doctors, Bilal Ahmad Dalal and Nighat Shaheen Chilloo, confirmed after conducting two postmortems that it was indeed a case of rape and murder. For 42 days, nothing moved in Kashmir as people hit the streets and started pelting stones. Later, the two doctors were booked and dismissed from service for false reporting. Nighat Chilloo had done something worse than producing a false report; she took her own vaginal swab and projected it to be of Asiya Jan. When the bodies of two ladies were exhumed and re-examined, Asiya's hymen was found intact. She was unmarried, and it was an accidental death. The CBI filed a charge sheet against six doctors, five lawyers, and two civilians. And YET if you were to ask a commoner in Kashmir about the incident, she/he will broaden the eyes and exclaim, 'Two litres of semen was found in their private parts.' The case was closed in 2023. This is how it works in Kashmir. In fact, there are already murmurs about systemic cheating in the national professional college exams in Kashmir. Any linkages with the 42/50 in the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Board medical college?

Imagine this scenario: Intel agencies frequently uncover terror plots, but due to the decision of some babus and the poor PR machinery of Govt, these are not widely publicized or taken to the public in a timely manner. Now imagine an Islamic terror attack like the Delhi blast. It will consume our news cycle immediately. But on the side, news will emerge about other terror plots that intelligence agencies had uncovered beforehand. Nobody will pay heed. We will ask questions like, "How did this terrorist act happen suddenly? Why did our agencies miss it? What were they doing? Why does the govt seem to act only after a terrorist act? Why didn't they inform us beforehand?" I will ask these questions, and you will ask these questions, and we won’t be wrong in asking them. Consequently, using psyops by the enemy, the public can be easily manipulated into believing that the government is now covering up the truth following a terror incident only now releasing information about previous incidents. This is why constant communication from the govt and proper PR are important. India has truth on its side and good efforts going on in every field. But we miserably fail to convey it to the public in a regular, timely, proper, and repeated manner. Even today, while I was researching about other terror plots and security risks India uncovered in the past, I came across so many tit-bits, small passing headlines in news portals, that talk of foiled attempts. But I never knew such big plots were there against India and were uncovered. Though such information was out, it was not widely publicized and given the right kind of PR it deserves at the right time is what I can understand. Such news was not taken to every person as it should have been and repeatedly used to convey the risks India faces. This is something GOI must fix. There must be a big overhaul in PIB and a war room for PR must be setup. Every SM platform, every media, every format, every language, and every method must be used to convey to every citizen, info from the govt in a timely manner. But only once is not enough. Critical info must be repeated like an Ad. Keep telling what risks India faces, what all govt is doing, and what terrorists are plotting everyday. It will never get old. It will help people remember better, keep us together, and prevent us falling prey to psyops. And this war room must also be used to fight the massive dis-info and psyops against India online both inside the country and outside. IMHO, this operation must be setup first before carrying out any other operation. Or it won't matter if India can bomb another nuclear nation at will calling their bluff, wherever it wants, our public will still be left counting planes and parts like paupers while parroting the enemy's propaganda.
🧵 In the past 30 days, Indian intelligence & security agencies have systematically dismantled 8 major terror plots across the nation. Yet a deadly blast at Red Fort reminds us that even one slip is catastrophic. Here's a thread on these counter-terror operations.

A groom’s unusual list of demands before the wedding. However, these were not dowry-related demands — they were about bringing dignity, simplicity, and respect back into marriage traditions! The groom’s conditions, were as follows: 1️⃣ No pre-wedding shoot will be done. 2️⃣ The bride will wear a saree, not a lehenga. 3️⃣ Instead of loud, vulgar music, only soft instrumental music will be played during the wedding. 4️⃣ During the varmala (garland exchange), only the bride and groom will be present on stage. 5️⃣ Anyone trying to lift the bride or groom during varmala will be asked to leave the ceremony. 6️⃣ Once the priest begins the wedding rituals, no one will interrupt him. 7️⃣ The photographer/videographer will not interfere or stop the rituals for shots — photos should be taken quietly from a distance. “This is a sacred wedding before the holy fire, not a film shoot.” 8️⃣ The bride and groom will not pose unnaturally for the camera as instructed by photographers. 9️⃣ The wedding ceremony must take place during the day, and the bidaai (farewell) should be completed by evening. This ensures guests are not inconvenienced by late-night meals (which often cause insomnia, acidity, or indigestion) and can comfortably return home on time. 🔟 Anyone who asks the newlyweds to hug or kiss in public will be immediately removed from the venue. ✨ A beautiful step towards reforming society — truly worth emulating by all. A wedding is a sacred union, not a spectacle. Respect tradition, maintain dignity. Recd on WA

RTI is becoming a joke in India. When departments ignore their own rules, what hope does a citizen have for transparency? @RailMinIndia @Central_Railway @GM_CRly @drmmumbaicr — please read this thread 🧵

Filed RTI with @Central_Railway for my grandfather’s service records. Reply: “records beyond preservation period.” But facts: He retired in 1984, not 70 years ago. His widow is still drawing pension, which means records exist. These records are vital for caste certificate
