Vandaag breiden we ons aandeel in de fiber-to-the-home-netwerken in Wallonië uit, nu we met @Eurofiber een overeenkomst hebben bereikt om hun belang van 50,01% in Unifiber over te nemen. Deze acquisitie biedt ons de kans om onze strategie (onze digitale infrastructuur volledig in eigen beheer houden) versneld door te voeren. Aangezien Unifiber nu volledig zal worden geconsolideerd, passen we ook onze financiële vooruitzichten aan naar aanleiding van deze transactie en op basis van de meest recente inzichten na de ondertekening van de uitvoerige overeenkomst voor fibersamenwerking in Vlaanderen.
