I have rarely encountered a customer experience as disappointing as @Rentomojo’s. The company delivered the product to my residence and immediately began charging rent, yet failed to complete the installation for over a week.
Despite repeated follow-ups, numerous calls, and multiple leave days taken solely to accommodate scheduled installation visits, the issue remains unresolved. What is even more concerning is that customer support appears unable to provide accurate updates, accountability, or a clear resolution timeline.
Charging customers for a service that is not fully operational raises serious concerns about fairness, transparency, and consumer rights. Customers deserve better than endless follow-ups, missed commitments, and a complete lack of ownership.
