Biggest #edtech space is apps, app stores have no standards for what can call itself educational, most apps are garbage, app stores could do A LOT more to help consumers. We wrote a paper suggesting a ‘nutrition label’ for EdApps.

How do we fix this? We argued that @AppStore and @GooglePlay should require developers to provide information on the benchmarks in the app store pages. Just like @Apple requires privacy information. doi.org/10.1007/s11423-020-0…
