Modern companies are a complete pile of shit. Email or message you a statement or notice to review.
So you use the special link they give you, only to be taken to a two-factor login screen that will then demand you confirm it is you by entering a code from the same account you just clicked a special link from.
If someone has access to my phone or email in order to click that link, they can also pass the 2FA... why waste my time?
At the Georgia O’Keefe museum in Santa Fe, this is the painting you see immediately after reading the placard explaining that she vehemently disagreed with anyone who said her works were about sexuality:
“Rough sex, but not in the trashy, cheap way you see in porn. I mean the animalistic, all consuming kind, like two people unraveling each other with poetic brutality, somewhere between violence and worship.”
