As I get older, I become more aware that everything in life comes down to perspective.
I grew up as a pretty negative person and didn’t give myself much grace. I put a lot of unwarranted stress on my loved ones, who never deserved any of it. I constantly beat myself up over minuscule situations and convinced myself that life was working against me.
And that’s just not true. Life has never worked against me. It was simply a state of mind that led me to believe it was.
You have to give yourself grace, and you have to be kind to your mind and body. We are not perfect beings, far from it, actually. I’m a big believer that we find ourselves in our lowest moments, and I’ve had plenty of those.
I’m not proud of my past mistakes, and I’ve got more than a few skeletons in my closet. They chewed at me for years, held me back, and caused me to underperform, even during my time here in Web3.
I’ve since learned to broaden my perspective and look at life’s challenges through a different lens. It’s changed everything for me 🙏
Try to be there for others. Give your love freely, and reach out a hand to those who need it.
We’re all going to die someday, and that’s just the truth. So there’s still time to give yourself the love you deserve and open your mind to a different way of thinking.
If you’re going through a hard time, I’m sorry. I hope you’re able to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Hang in there. You are loved.
🙏💙
