What would happen if companies categorized rejected candidates to poles, e.g, a pole for rejection due to experience, location, ...etc Then sending a pre-preparred template for each case, that won't take time and in the same time would help candidates realizing what went wrong.

#100DaysOfCode #Day2: What are refs in React? Refs help you to access DOM nodes or React elements ( a parent accessing a child outside the normal flow which is re-rendering with new props )

#DAY1: Difference between PropTypes.node vs PropTypes.any. -node: means we can pass any value that is render-able (DOM elements, arrays, React Fragments , strings, nums) -all: allows us to specify that a prop must be present, regardless of its type. #100DaysOfLearning
