This is vitally important. Great harm will result if testing shapes children's and teachers' re-entry to in-person schooling. The question should be: How do we create healthy re-entry to in-person schooling, taking a broad view of "healthy." @TeachingWorks

This morning, I was joined by colleagues in writing to @SecCardona, urging him to provide all 50 states with standardized testing waivers for this academic year. This has been a traumatic year for our students. We must focus on formative assessment, not anxiety-inducing testing.

This is an absolutely insane article that All need to respond too. The media is so misinformed and this just fuels fire for 28,000 dollar a year tuition charter schools in CA! I am so so sad and tired of the media and news!
