Last week, #PurdueANSC welcomed nearly 150 students ages 7 to 18 to campus for the Boilermaker Dairy and Livestock Judging Camps, hosted by the Purdue Dairy and Livestock Judging teams.
Campers enhanced their judging skills, improved their verbal communication skills and more!

Researchers in #PurdueANSC studied whether beef exudate could be used to help detect spoilage and Salmonella contamination without damaging the product itself.
