@Matalan still waiting on a response. I finally found how to return, but it’s telling me I need to pay to return as it’s too big. Bedclothes, same size as the other pair I ordered which is free. They were both in the same bag. Description was wrong not paying to return!

@RoyalMail @RoyalMailHelp I bought postage online for large letter & it’s not sending me a QR code to print the label. Done it 3 times as I’m not getting emails either for purchases. Is this a glitch? Really not on as it takes a week to refund postage.
