Natural systems are wise in their self-organization. I'm geeking out on something that was discovered in 1969 by Kaufmann: the number of cell types that emerge from genes = sqrt(total DNA). The natural world blows me away in its elegance. #complexity
I've seen it happen many times when systemic "big wins" are really just a visible tipping point of many invisible "small wins," persistence, and consistency wrapped in kindness and care. #systemsthinking

Twitter is going to shut its offices for a week after laying people off. I believe this might be fear of sabotage. If you fear employees, you should really ask deeper questions about your leadership and trust.
