"They rejected my genuine refund claim saying I didn't record a '360-degree video'. I have a clear video of opening the box showing it's untouched yet EMPTY. Are consumers supposed to be professional filmmakers to not get scammed by you? ๐ฅ๐ซ

A big warning to everyone: DO NOT BUY any Skullcandy products!They will take your money and leave you with nothing but empty cardboard. Avoid this brand at all costs! ๐ซ๐ฆ@CRED_club @CRED_support please look into
