This year's victory in the 50m BR is Lawrence's 10th @SEEastRegion Winter Regionals gold in the 50m BR.
Lawrence got his 1st win in 2010 and has won every year since 2014!

Session 1 @SEEastRegion SC Champs - Massive shout out for Annie McLeod - she smashed the 800m Freestyle 💪👏👌 coming 2nd overall in the Open Championship 🥈 and bagged a Swim England National Winter QT in the process!

On a cold and wintery day, two unlikely heroes travelled to the far away land of New Market, to challenge the best swimmers in the East Region.
