Last year at Munich Airport βοΈ I met a fellow developer heading to @djangocon US.
A stranger. Different country. Same mission.
He looked at me and said:
"The world doesn't expect us. And we show up anyway." πͺπΎ
That hit different as a Namibian dev who's been in that exact position.
We don't ask for permission to belong. We just show up to Open source community.
