hi everyone! 👋 trying to find the right corner of this app. looking to connect with people who: - freelance, contract, or run a small studio - build AI tools, agents, or automation - post their work publicly - want to grow and learn more if that's you, reply with what you're building. Let's share some of our builds!

Everyone's arguing about whether AI is overhyped. Meanwhile a small group stopped arguing and started shipping things that would've taken them a year. The debate is the distraction. The building is the signal.

I have more half-built ideas live right now than I've ever had in my life. Not because I got more disciplined. Because the cost of trying something dropped to near zero.

The bottleneck used to be how much you could do. Now it's how much you're willing to attempt. Most people haven't updated for that yet.
AI isn't coming for your job. Someone using AI to do the work of five people is. Boring truth, but it's the only part of this that actually matters.
I run more projects in parallel than most small agencies. The unlock was never talent or money. It was realizing AI quietly changed what one person is allowed to attempt. Stop asking who's on your team. Start asking what you'd build if headcount wasn't the limit.

Call me lazy, but I only accept jobs I know I can automate. My goal is to spend as much time away from my computer as possible without losing any income. If I can automate the systems for every client I have, they still get their results and I get my time back. That's long-term building.

Soon nobody's going to ask how big your team is. They're going to ask what you shipped, and you'll be expected to have shipped a lot. Start building the answer now.
When people ask what I do, I almost never say "AI." I say Marketing & Systems. Because that's the actual job. The AI is just how I get there. Most of my clients never even see it running in the background, and they don't need to. AI is a tool I use. Not a job I work under.
2
Most people use AI to write better emails. A few are using it to run five things at once that used to need five teams. The gap between those two groups is about to get very loud. Pick which side you want to be on now, while it's still early.

I got tired of waiting for someone to build the browser I actually wanted, so I built it myself. I didn't want an AI browser that reads my tabs and ships them to a cloud. I wanted one where the AI works for me and runs on my machine, with my own key. No account, no telemetry, nothing leaving my computer. Ads and trackers blocked. So I built Slash. And starting today it's the browser I use. It's open source, so you don't have to take my word for any of it.

We’ve added a CLI for Claude Platform to make every API endpoint runnable from your terminal. Call the Messages API, stand up Claude Managed Agents, pipe results straight into your shell. The ant CLI is well understood by coding agents (Claude Code) using the claude-api skill.

AI didn't replace my work. It let me hold 6 clients in my head at once instead of 1. The unlock was never raw speed. It was working memory. Speed you can hire. Context you can't.

Real AI adoption is boring and invisible.

genuine question for people shipping LLM features: what finally fixed your hallucination problem. not "better prompts," what actually moved the number?
3
the skill that aged the best in the AI era isn't coding or prompting. it's writing clearly. the model is a mirror. vague people get vague output and blame the model
2
what's a task you were sure AI would nail that it's still weirdly terrible at?
2
prompt engineering didn't die, it became context engineering and got 10x harder. you can write a perfect prompt and still lose because you fed the model the wrong 50k tokens
9
what's the most confidently wrong thing an LLM has ever told you in production?

the best engineers i know all have a side project that has nothing to do with their day work. Drop yours below! 👇
