We at Pyxis feel very lucky to have spoken with some of the top securities attorneys in the country, and we share this frustration. #Blockchain technology is the future, and the SEC dragging its feet on determining common-sense regulations isn't helping anyone.

I need to get this off my chest.
I do NOT hate the SEC, nor do I have any ill will towards the agency.
I AM, however, deeply frustrated by their current lack of regulatory clarity regarding digital assets and cryptocurrency as securities.
Despite numerous requests and even lawsuits seeking guidance, the SEC has yet to provide the necessary direction.
This ambiguity makes it challenging for those of us in the industry who are striving to innovate and improve the space.
I don’t understand why it’s so hard to try and work with us, instead of against us, to help make the United Stated a hotspot for cryptocurrency.

Education is everything. As we start to see more crypto-literate educational resources, we will start to see confidence grow across the board. The unstoppable nature of #Bitcoin is securing a place for #blockchain and #cryptocurrency in ways we could have never imaged.

I really appreciate this perspective and caution. Crypto, and more importantly the blockchain, is so much more than just a Defi solution. The human right to privacy, security, and personal control is the higher stake.

This is an excellent point. The discussion about #energy usage when it comes to #Bitcoin happens in a vacuum of comparison to the amounts of energy it takes to run the rest of the world.
We can strive for #blockchain to become more energy efficient, but there should be a realistic understanding of how that energy scales against things like payment processing or AI.

does he know bitcoin lightning transactions are 𝟏𝟑𝟔 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐬 more energy efficient than Visa transactions
and fees are a fraction of a penny while Visa charges 2.5% per transaction.
even without the lightning network bitcoin is more energy efficient than the banking system
he’s just another lazy ceo that hasn’t done his homework
