Ito ay proyekto ng lokal na pamahalaan ng Impasugong kung saan nagtanim sila ng 6 kilometro na mga Tabebuia Rosea o Pink Trumpet noong 2010.
Kaya sa mga gustong mag-Japan-Japan, pero kapos ang travel funds, love local muna dahil may alternative diyan ang Bukidnon!

First day of my summer vacation I spent it at the cemetery.
With my helpers, we made a garden for my father. All my fave plants at home I brought it there. More plants pa.
1 lot for chairs, 2 lots for my plants and 1 lot for Papa.
Its almost a year since he passed away. :(

It's more a geopolitics story than a stocks story.
TSMC sits 100 miles from mainland China. Apple's entire product line depends on it. One Taiwan crisis and iPhones stop existing.
Intel's U.S. foundry solves that problem in a way no other company currently can.
The semiconductor Cold War has a new front, and Intel just became strategic infrastructure.

This is absolutely insane:
President Trump's purchase of 10% of Intel, $INTC, was worth $8.9 billion in August 2025.
Today, Apple announced a deal with Intel and this position is worth $56.5 billion.
That's a gain of $47.6 BILLION in less than 8 months.
Truly unprecedented.

FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS LOOM?
Things are looking bleak for Asian carriers as a jet fuel shortage may likely hit the aviation industry by June, leading to more flight cancellations, according to experts.
In a statement, the International Air Transport Association (IATA) told authorities to prepare for jet fuel supply to run dry by June, as warned by the International Energy Agency (IEA).
