The Constantinople Fork is a hard fork to improve the Ethereum network. There's nothing you need to do as we are taking care of all technicalities.
Fundings and withdrawals will be paused roughly 100 blocks from block 7,080,000 and 100 blocks after to ensure it goes smoothly.

The latest update is that lawyers are still working between themselves to free up the money as soon as possible. As per all legal matters, it is indeed taking a long time.
We are working through the withdrawals daily and will be working throughout the holiday period.
We have been informed that there is an upstream server outage at Canada Post which may affect In-Person Payments at Canada Post locations.
