Property assessment notices for 2026 have been mailed out and are on their way.
As we work to overhaul the property tax system, a one-year freeze is in place for most New Brunswick property owners that will keep the value for taxation, with a few exceptions, the same as it was in 2025.
Disagree with your assessed value? File a request for review online (snb.ca/content/snb/en/sites/…) or call 1-888-762-8600 by February 18, 2026.
Property tax bills will be mailed out in March.
