Javon Minor competed in both the Long Jump and 200 M Saturday at the Minnesota State Championships. Minor scored 3 points for the Raiders in the 200 M with a 22.14 for a 7th place finish. His best time of the season with his last opportunity. Look for him this August in 🏈

Congrats to the 2023 Irish CC ☘️ Invite Champion. You’ve come a long ways since we hosted you in 7th grade. Winning the “Triple Crown” CC, 3200, and 1600 is quite a feat.

Robert Mechura runs a converted time of 8:56.74 and sets the all time 10th grader record for #3200m in the State of Minnesota. Earning him a 5th place finish at 2023 Nike Outdoor Nationals.

Robert Mechura goes All State with a 4th place finish and a time of 9:06.01.
Bennett Harrison-Michaels runs a 9:31.14 for an 11th place finish in his last high school race.
Great effort from these two in the 3200m State Championship where a new state record was set at 8:51.44
