Mann Law is supporting Mars Hill Art Center marshillarts.com/ in their annual Thanksgiving Food drive where they supply all the fixings for 50 families of 4 for Thanksgiving Dinner and the following breakfast. Unfortunately all applications are now closed as they have more need that what we can supply.

We are happy to relay that the Supreme Court has rejected the bid of the former Kentucky Clerk to reverse the decision allowing same-sex marriage and leaving our firm's victories on Indiana for same-sex marriage and same-sex married women's right to have the non-birth mother be recognized as mother of their children without adopting them. see scotusblog.com/2025/11/supre…

Using names for the other parent in your devices or on social media may seem humorous, but it can harm your case if they become exhibits in court. Regardless of your feelings towards the other parent, avoid using negative terms for them.
