Lost art...
Here is a look at a classic, hilarious piece of baseball television history. This clip captures legendary Baltimore Orioles manager Earl Weaver giving a step-by-step lesson on how to properly argue with an umpire and get thrown out of a ballgame, all while Bob Uecker looks on completely amused in his Milwaukee Brewers uniform. Weaver acts out his entire routine: getting right in the umpire's face, turning his cap backward to get closer, kicking up dirt, covering home plate, and throwing his hat across the field before dramatically screaming, "You're out of here!" It is a fantastic look at the fiery, larger-than-life character that made Weaver an unforgettable icon of the game. They just do not make managers like this anymore. Who do you think had the most entertaining arguments with umpires in baseball history? Who do you think had the best or most entertaining arguments with umpires in baseball history?

I think the pitch count metric is the dumbest thing we do is baseball.
PSA: Attention summer ball coaches, there is no need to run a pitcher out for 120 pitches in a weekend. EVER Not rocket science, be better.

If a tree falls in a forest and nobody hears it.....does it make a sound?
🚨🚨BREAKING: Chicago’s Mayor Brandon Johnson says the #Bears organization will keep the name “Chicago Bears” despite moving to Hammond Indiana. In an emphatic statement Johnson stated: “If the Bears want to leave Chicago so be it, but Chicago is NOT leaving the Bears. I have reached an agreement with ownership that will cement the “Chicago Bears” name with the team, keeping the history and future of this team in Chicago where it belongs, no matter WHERE they play. I just wish the ownership cared about the fans as much as I do.” Should Chicago resident still support the “Chicago Bears of Indiana?” 🤔

Baseball players have long memories......
The last pitch Bob Gibson ever threw was hit for a Grand Slam by Pete LaCock. A decade late there was an Old Timers game at Wrigley Field and LaCock stepped up to the plate and Gibson hit him
