Itโs a last resort, a clear indicator change is needed.
Whether you are @NEUnion @NASUWT @NAHTnews, if ballot papers come, consider it and do what you think is right.
What you choose is up to you, but at least give it consideration.

Start with direct instruction then deepen learning through inquiry.
According to Hattie direct instruction has an effect size of 0.59, inquiry learning is just 0.31, because teachers use it too early in the learning trajectory.
