On June 8, 2026, 53-year-old Bradley Somerville from Esgenoôpetitj, was arrested following a hit-and-run incident that occurred on Micmac Road in Esgenoôpetitj, N.B., on June 6, 2026.
Bradley Somerville was charged in Miramichi Provincial Court with leaving a scene of a collision causing death. He was remanded into custody and was scheduled to appear in court on June 9, 2026.
On June 9, 2026, Bradley Somerville appeared in Miramichi Provincial Court and was released on a release order. He is scheduled to return to court on June 22, 2026.
