Although there was no time for our Emergency Resolution at #RCNED24, the issue of loss of nurse academics has been recognised and will be followed up by council. Thank you to all who contributed to the survey, which made very sobering reading
Nursing educators train the next generation of our profession, but the financial crisis gripping UK universities means they face redundancies and courses face closure.
We're demanding emergency financial intervention from the next government.
