We (@RCSLT's Vicky & Claire) had a lovely visit to a work experience & therapy service run by @symbolconnect. Based at the Hop, Stitch and Jumper shop, Maidstone, it offers inclusive & innovative opportunities for people with learning disabilities & those on the autism spectrum.

We spent the morning with the team while they restocked the shelves, had a fun lunch together and then spent the afternoon on conversation work and role playing, around the theme of relationships. Claire and I learned so much & came away very inspired.
