There's only two types of people that turn down $17 million.
Gary King Pokémon reveals he turned down a $17,000,000 offer for his Charizard collection, bought a $700 PSA 10 Charizard that's now worth over $300,000, and listed his Charizard collection for $49,000,000 on eBay. “I got a substantial offer for all of the English base ones, which amounts to about 80. And I was offered about $17,000,000 for that.” “I remember getting one in 2000 for $700 for a PSA 10.” “A year and a half ago I had it at $19,000,000, then I went up to $29,000,000, and now it's at $49,000,000.” Full Episode Here👇

If you hit me with the "your card sold for half of what you have it listed for, so I will offer that price" and I find a sale from a week or two ago for like 5% less my price, I'm going to block you.

It’s that time of year where I get followed by a bunch of fake female accounts, lol.

If someone reneges on a trade, are you ever doing business with them again?

131 cards in the PSA system, 58 of them just went into grading. Wish me luck!

God bless those of you that independently sell sports cards because the amount of people who send their cards to consigners is insane.

Can someone explain how this card is sitting at $152, with a little over an hour left, because I don’t get it.

If Ben Rice can keep the Yankees in the race until Judge comes back… 📈
If Ben Rice hits a HR tonight one follower is winning a Yankees shirt. Comment 22 to enter. Let’s go Yankees.

Nat, is it possible that the difference is in the nuance of the statement? 7 million cards “submitted,” vs you saying you “got” 4m? I assume you mean 4m received, whereas the other person is saying submitted online?

It’s totally cool to buy low and sell high for any asset on the planet… Except for Sports Card and Pokemon boxes apparently 😂

While I disagree with the math on this, it doesn’t change the fact that I believe PSA is looking to splinter off modern and vintage bulk to BGS and SGC, respectively. Turn the PSA brand into a premium luxury brand, while Collectors maintains its revenue.
Saw this on Instagram this morning and was curious what others think? It does make some sense to me. @CardPurchaser @cardhedger @eddiemcpigskin

Is it just me, or does Topps not producing Constellation cards for Topps Chrome Cosmic WWE seem like a really big miss? Every other release has them, but not WWE? Doesn't make sense.

You know what would be really awesome, and go a long way towards better transparency? If @psacard told us each day what orders they were processing. Like, "Today we will be processing orders that arrived on 4/12/2026. We appreciate your patience as we look to clear our backlog"

It’s a dirty little trick to use sales as a comp that don’t have a green checkmark on Card Ladder. If you don’t use Card Ladder, and the person you’re negotiating with does, make sure the comp they’re quoting has a green checkmark. ✅ = A sale that has been verified by the CL research team. No ✅ = Unverified sale, likely not paid for. @CardPurchaser
