Totally agree w/ this excellent letter. Hope @Keir_Starmer & his team take note. Charities, faith groups like @BritishQuakers & other civil society stakeholders really want to help - not just down the track, but now, in the room, when ideas are being floated &plans refined.

If the govt is going to deliver its missions where others have failed, it should work in partnership with the charity sector from the start, bringing their expertise, reach and knowledge of what works to their mission boards - the message sent to the PM by charity leaders today.

A pivotal ruling from the ICJ has declared Israeli occupation of Palestinian territory, including #Gaza, to be a violation of international law, echoing sentiments impacted communities have been voicing for years.
In a historic decision, the International Court of Justice ruled Israel’s occupation of Palestine, including Gaza, the West Bank, and East Jerusalem, is unlawful.
We're calling on the U.S. and international community to abide by this ruling and exert pressure on Israel to comply
