Looking forward to being part of the forum on Saturday.
There's so much to do in the next few days! Maybe you are you are in Houston or Florida? You could be working hard in France prepping for a STEM contact. Or, enjoying the sun and picking up some APRS packets. Whatever you choose, enjoy!

#ASEspotlight: Robert Hines 💫 ASE member @Astro_FarmerBob had fun with fluid physics as he observed the behavior of a free-flying water bubble aboard the @Space_Station in October 2022. Fun fact: His ham radio operator call sign is KI5RQT! Happy 50th birthday, Farmer! 🎉

We get excited when we see people from our past inspire hams of the future!   In this case, Owen Garriott, W5LFL, was able to interest McKenzie, now KO4GLN about ham radio! Thanks to the W1DED YouTube channel for documenting this.  Watch the whole video there: youtu.be/WM9wR7wbUpE

Nov. 17, 2024 is the deadline for the next US round of opportunities.
We know teachers have used SSTV in the classroom as part of their STEM teaching. But, what if you could TALK to a crew member on the ISS? Educators, get those proposals in, and perhaps you can! The current submission window closes Sunday! ariss-usa.org/hosting-an-ari…
