Sounds like Hwang In-Beom had a cracker of a game based on the highlights I watched this morning. In my Rubin Kazan watching days he was a classy player and it was just time until he got a bigger move, which he did to Feyenoord.

Just baffling that this happens 3 days before the tournament begins. Surely an event of this size could have had SOME sort of advanced planning/vetting?
But no. The US let this guy fly all the way there before kicking him back out.
Africaās top referee has been removed from the World Cupās list of match officials after being denied entry into the United States.
Omar Artan, who was due to become the first Somali to officiate at a World Cup, was named the Confederation of African Football menās referee of the year in 2025.

Itās almost the World Cup so Iāve dusted off the cups I hauled home from Russia 2018.
I did have a France vs Australia one too but it got lost when I moved house sadly.

My view from Islington Green. Got up at 5am, drove 4 hours from Cornwall to Berkshire and then got the train in. Stood still for two hours in a packed crowd waiting for the parade which passed in less then 1 minute.
But so worth it. The release of emotion.
