Nevada's Mikey Cruz Jr. was named to the ABCA West All-Region Second Team. Cruz was honored in the designated hitter slot on the list. It is his second postseason honor of 2026 after being named to the All-Mountain West Second Team in May.

In his debut season for Nevada baseball, Cruz led the Wolf Pack with a .403 batting average and in slugging (.678), on-base percentage (.471) and OPS (1.149). Cruz had 60 hits, eight HR, 13 doubles and two triples while driving in 42 runs and scoring 30 runs.
