Tash and Hera here from MKR ‘as part of ‘Kai and Who Am I?’, an integrated Māori language and Food Technology unit. Tash and Hera are demonstrating making bread, dumplings and raw kai Moana in preparation for serving Matariki kai for staff later this semester!
