The admin’s actions threaten to push people back onto the streets at the peak of winter. We will fight back in court.

BREAKING: A judge has temporarily blocked the Trump admin's unlawful restrictions on certain federal housing funds.
This means providers won’t be barred from competing for lifesaving resources because they are in jurisdictions that don’t adopt the admin's ideological agenda.

Our communities are being surveilled more frequently thoroughly by law enforcement, without tangible guardrails. The cost? Just tax dollars, and our privacy.
