Rachel Gerrish is leaving LBC for the US. Sometimes you hear a reader who TELLS you the story. It doesn't sound like scripts are used. Rachel is a communicator. I've told 2 Alfred team members, 'Be Like Rachel'. Charlene White is a TV example. I must find airchecks for training!
