Trigger point therapy, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, stretching, deep tissue work and swedish massage for elite athletes and weekend warriors!
There is no finish line. As athletes, professionals, and students, you should always be striving for growth and be open to new information and knowledge. I teach my clients about their bodies, but they also teach me and push me to grow as an #RMT.
Thank you to all who entered and congrats Kayla!

Sugar is one of the most unhealthy things you can put in your body. HOWEVER, this does depend. Many coaches actually recommend simple sugars intra and post-workout for their athletes. Generally speaking, and for the general population, the less sweets the better.
There are four different categories of sports massage: pre-event, post-event, general and injury-specific. Each has a different goal. This is why it's important to build a therapist-athlete relationship. It doesn't make sense to see a new therapist each massage, injury, or event.
As many of you know, I've now been in business on my own for over one year! This would not be possible without the incredible support of the community, my fellow business owners, and many others.
Thank you!

Stressed? Take a break!
Stress can impact sleep, recovery, mood, and health. Not to mention, it doesn't help you remember your study notes.
If you're a student, it's worth checking your student benefits or your parents insurance plan to see if you gave coverage for massage.
