$ntla has Elon changed the algos to be pro-genome editing? People already were puzzled about the near unanimous applause for the $verve$lly PCSK9 trial results on this platform.
People who criticized genome editing in the past are double-checking their previously held beliefs (yes, that's what they were dressed up in medical first-do-no-harm mantra).
I'll take it.
$ntla i previously stated that it looks like that there is a continued reduction in attack rates, closing down to 0 even before unblinding.
This does not appear to be a statistically robust trend when eyeballing the raw attack rate counts.
$ntla the kalleikrein balancing act was successful. Was this the endgame in HAE?
I doubt anybody, except for maybe $ions, will start investimg in a next-gen HAE prevention medicine as long as ntla-2002 is on the market.
Commercialization will be a success and give entire genome editing industry a big lift. Free alpha for y'all.
$Ntla lonvo-z HAE HAELO NEJM publication: no safety signal in this trial, all endpoints met, from the swimmer plot is clear: 32/52 attack free, and min additional 14 are very close to attack free
Translates to: >70% attack reduction: 89% lonvo vs 25% pbo

Not only would it be unusual for a cancer signal to emerge in a short 12-month study (p2 study much more informative in that regard)...there is no time-related signal here either.
Median time to cancer (DIAGNOSIS at that) is 6.1months. Smack in the middle of 12 month trial period. $abvx
So $abvx quietly updated corporate deck with the case by case breakdown this afternoon. ir.abivax.com/news-and-event…
No surprises, everything that has been shared already by either some of us or sellside, but would’ve appreciated some better messaging from the co than just dropping it on a Friday afternoon in the appendix of an updated corporate deck and letting investors just figure it out themselves.

$abvx the correct way to present vs what it looked like.
In line with how UACHIEVE AND OCTAVE safety tables presented.
The $7B optical misunderstanding.

So the safety, incl part 2 update is at end of June. I hate it when such market-sensitive info is first given to select investors and analysts.
Anyway great risk/reward here and we should be grinding higher in next 2 weeks. $abvx
The scary part about Anthorpic's Fable nerf is not that it refuses to answer biology or cryptography. It's that it foreshadows what's coming. A world where a couple companies decide what you can and cannot do. They're building a new ruling class and you're not in it...
The guidelines state that excess adipose tissue, particularly VAT, is 'at the root' of #CKM syndrome.
Given the development of fat-specific targeting agents like #inhibinE and #alk7, sponsors like $arwr and $wve should now work together w/ #FDA to agree on VAT loss as a primary endpoint for pivotal trials.
$wve and $arwr ... put your pens down: if 'CKM' becomes more commonly recognized (AHA is a good start), then specifically reducing excess body fat should be an approvable endpoint for #inhibinE therapeutics.

Nearly 90% of Americans meet the criteria for CKM syndrome. New guidelines have been issued for diagnosing and treating the disorder. on.wsj.com/43tBqhd
A second 'manufacturing run' that costs $20-25M (must be a PPQ run) apparently only thing standing in way of accelerated approval for this non-n=1 ultra-orphan drug.
More evidence that CGD pathway for $prme may become more onerous than expected.
Grace Science (co-founded by Carolyn Bertozzi) is running out of cash and says the FDA didn't let them use the "plausible mechanism" pathway bc, although they're developing an ultra-rare gene therapy, it's not an n-of-1 therapy. The FDA is also requesting a 2nd manufacturing run prior to BLA submission - a move the co. says could end it endpoints.news/grace-science…
Ray Dalio saus the bubble bursts when money starts being taken out of system. $spcx IPO tomorrow could be this event IMO.
Brokers aggressively pushing this on retail sheep. Thanks for nothing.
