In 4days time, it will be one whole month of children being in the forest with kidnappers bruh. A full moon of torture, hunger on sheer suffering. Their only offense was being poor Nigerians 💔💔

SUMMARY OF THE JUNE 1ST DEMONSTRATION BY THE ASSOCIATION OF YOUNG NIGERIAN NURSES DEMANDING THE RELEASE OF WITHHELD NURSING CERTIFICATES Despite low turnout and the apparent lack of enthusiasm among many young Nigerian nurses after weeks of consultations, sensitization, and awareness, the organizers of the demonstration proceeded to the NMCN Zonal Office in Yaba, Lagos, and the NMCN Headquarters in Abuja. Lagos: Participants met with the NMCN representative, Mr. Adigun, who engaged them in an extensive discussion before urging patience. In his words, “Very soon you will get good news.” The nurses, however, issued a strong statement that they would return if no formal communication is made to Nigerian nurses within two weeks. They stressed that they can no longer afford to lose opportunities while being given false hope. Abuja: At the Headquarters, participants met with the Registrar of the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria(NMCN), who welcomed them and addressed key concerns affecting young Nigerian nurses: 1. Nursing Certificates: He acknowledged that no certificates have been signed since 2023 due to the absence of board members following their dissolution. He assured the nurses that new board members have now been selected and certificates will be signed and released after their inauguration later this month. He urged nurses to remain patient and continue advocating for the profession. 2. Licences: The Registrar also acknowledged that some nurses have not received their licences since 2025 due to the circulation of counterfeit licences by unscrupulous individuals and fraudsters. He assured nurses that steps have been taken to checkmate this challenge through the procuremnet of new technology required to produce a more secured licence. He then cautioned young nurses against patronizing unauthorized licence - renewal agents. 3. Quackery: In response to questions on quackery, the Registrar acknowledged its damaging impact on the profession and stated that a taskforce is been created to tackle and mitigate quackery. The representatives of young Nigerian nurses appreciated the Registrar for his time and for addressing their concerns. They emphasized that they will maintain close communication with the Council for regular updates on these commitments. Signed: Dagbananurse

One hospital bill can wipe out 5 years of your savings. Don't just hustle without taking care of your health Don't sacrifice your sleep Don't sacrifice your diet. When you're looking for things to protect, choose your health first.

Men see their sacrificial mothers as "standards" & women see their sacrificial mothers as "trauma". And that's where the difference lies.

Children's day is in 2 days. I ask of you: Join me in bullying every single brand that intends to put out children's day celebratory posts. There are children currently in captivity for the past 10 days - tiring out day and night. We can't afford to celebrate children's day.

Nobody is safe in this country and the earlier we realise it, the better. If you’re woman, they’ll rape and kill you. Man? They’ll kill you and post it. Child? They’ll whip you and pour melting plastic on your body. Months old babies too, kidnapped and raped.
